How bookings are secured and cancellations are handled
This policy outlines how bookings are secured and how cancellations are handled for all SJR Images photography services.
A booking is confirmed only when:
Dates are not reserved until both steps are completed.
A deposit (typically 25–50% of the service fee) is required to secure a booking date.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date under certain circumstances.
The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled session or event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
If a client cancels:
